Jumping: twenty five.

Stepper uppers, 25 left, 25 right.
Pullups, 25. You can’t trade them for something else.
Forward Lunges, 25. 25 per both sides.
Closed hand push up: fifty.
Inverse rowing: fifty.
Squat, 50.
Chinups, 25. You can’t change this part either.

All those drills that pull will make this series take pretty long if you’re not monstrously fit.There’s no doubt that people doing this routine will be almost high from it afterward. Besides, you will get rapid weight loss.
